Forgiatura Morandini Srl is a modernforgemaster, located in Northern part ofItaly, operating on the market since 1970.Thanks to five open die forging presses (oneBRAND NEW 16000T, one 7000T, two 3000Tand one 1000T), Forgiatura Morandini Srl isable to offer a wide range of open dieforgings starting from 100 kg up to 200000kg. Our yearly production capacity amountsto 75000 tons covering the highest varietyof steel grades such as: carbon steels, low,high and titanium alloy steels, as well asstainless and tool steels up to F91, F92,Inconel, Duplex and Super Duplex.

Moreover, our ring mill enables us to ringroll items with a diameter up to 8000 mmand a maximum height of 4000 mm (max.weight 150000 kg). We have our ownin-house heat treatment equipment andmachining facilities.
